Ingredients:
Tofu, Spring onions, Parsley leaves, Carrots, Cherry tomatoes, Chives, salt, soy sauce, olive oil.
Steps:
Add Olive Oil into the Frying Pan;
Cook Tofu for a Few Minutes until fully cooked; Add Salt and Soy Sauce.
Dish up Tofu with Colourful Spring Salad.
Ingredients:
cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, shallots, chives, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, honey, thousand island salad dressing.
Ingredients:
cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shallots, chives, olives, Greek Feta, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt.
Ingredients:
cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives, Greek feta, chives, shallots, chargrilled artichokes (ready-to-eat), olive oil, salt, honey, pasta, pasta sauce.
Steps:
-Add 1 tsp salt to the boiling water, add pasta and when the water comes back to the boil, cook at a constant simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until al dente (just cooked);
-When the pasta is ready, lift it from the water with a pasta fork or tongs and put it in the frying pan with tomato pasta sauce or any pasta sauce which you fancy, simmer for another few Minutes;
-Serve the pasta with fresh salad (with seasoning) and chargrilled artichokes.
Ingredients:
spaghetti, tomato pasta sauce, prawns, cherry tomatoes, parsley leaves, chopped garlic, olive oil, olive spread or butter, salt, white wine, chilli flakes, lemon.
Steps:
-Add a bit of salt to the boiling water, add pasta/spaghetti and when the water comes back to the boil, cook at a constant simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until al dente (just cooked);
-When the pasta is ready, lift it from the water with a pasta fork or tongs and put it aside on a plate;
-Add olive oil, olive spread (or butter), chopped garlic, chilli flakes into the frying pan, cook for a few Minutes, then add Fresh Prawns until Prawns are cooked;
-Put the pasta back in the frying pan with tomato pasta sauce or any pasta sauce which you fancy, simmer for another few Minutes;
-Dish up the spaghetti with prawns with fresh cherry tomatoes, and parsley leaves.
Ingredients:
Smoked Salmon, Bagel, Cream Cheese, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Chives, Dill Tops, Lemon, Salt.
Steps:
-Spread the bagel with cream cheese, then top with a few slices of smoked salmon;
-Add tomato slices and small cucumber cubes on top of the bagel;
-Add dill tops & chives;
-Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice on top of the bagel;
-Sprinkle with a bit of salt (Optional).
